The iNetic story began in 1997 under the name S&S Winding, a company dedicated to precision stator manufacturing. This early focus on the foundation laid the groundwork for an unwavering commitment to excellence. In 2008, iNetic took a transformative step forward by merging with JBS Racing, an engineering leader renowned for designing and building high-performance combustion engines for sidecar racing. This merger combined JBS Racing’s engineering prowess with S&S Winding’s deep knowledge of electric motors, giving birth to iNetic. With this new identity, iNetic expanded its capabilities to offer comprehensive development and production services, from initial requirements to prototype construction. Over the years, iNetic has successfully delivered a wide range of projects across the aerospace, oil and gas, and automotive industries, providing solutions from build-to-print and reverse engineering to complete design, prototyping and series production.
Merge with Moto Optima
In the following year, iNetic’s growing expertise revealed a critical market need: a versatile, off-the-shelf product that could adapt to diverse applications while being rigorously tested for production use. This insight led to the development of the iEV motor range. Further strengthening its engineering capabilities, iNetic merged with Moto Optima in 2022, which significantly enhanced its ability to innovate and led to the creation of a broad range of motors for automotive and industrial applications. Empowered by this expanded engineering foundation, iNetic invested heavily in production capabilities, including the expansion of its machine shop and the enhancement of its testing and validation infrastructure. These advancements propelled iNetic into a period of accelerated growth.
Our Speciality
In 2023 and 2024 alone, iNetic developed a complete range of servo motors, iMRs, rEV, and EDU products. Beyond the automotive and motion sectors, iNetic has dedicated specialized teams to serve the Exploration (Oil and Gas) and Aviation industries. These teams combine extensive experience in manufacturing for high-end industries with a deep understanding of stringent AS9100 standards, enabling iNetic to deliver customer-focused products that empower applications with advanced motor technology.
